About the role We’re a thriving, growing branding business based in Rainham, Essex, and we’re looking for a Signage & Design Specialist to take ownership of signage projects from start to finish — from concept and design through to production and installation support. If you like variety, practical problem-solving, and seeing your work out in the real world, you’ll love this role. No day is the same. What you’ll be doing Managing signage projects end-to-end: design → production → install coordination/support Producing artwork and layouts for a wide range of work, including: Producing all forms of signage - Vinyl Graphics Vehicle graphics Shop fascias Internal fit-out / office branding projects Creating visuals and mock-ups to help customers sign off confidently Working directly with customers of all sizes, from site teams to senior decision-makers Collaborating with other departments (workwear, merchandise, production) to deliver a joined-up service What we’re looking for Strong design skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency Experience (or strong interest) in hands on manufacturing of signage/large format/vehicle graphics artwork, Installation and application methods. Confident communicator — comfortable speaking with customers at different levels Organised and reliable: able to manage multiple projects and deadlines A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved when needed.
