You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our client sites. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning operatives., • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule., • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of premises., • Manage cleaning rotas and allocate tasks efficiently., • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels., • Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations and company policies., • Address any cleaning-related issues or client concerns promptly and professionally., • Provide hands-on cleaning support when required. Requirements: • Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with previous supervisory experience preferred., • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills., • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving., • Knowledge of various cleaning methods, products, and equipment., • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team., • A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
