Summary We are seeking a dedicated Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our commercial cleaning operations in the GB area. Based at our local office and schools this role is vital in ensuring our service standards meet the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned commercial sites., • Coordinate and manage cleaning staff to ensure efficient service delivery., • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards., • Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols., • Liaise with clients to address any specific requirements or concerns., • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment., • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations., • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements., • Every 2 Week meetings with manager, • Monthly meetings with manager and Directors, • Qualifications, • Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial roles., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Excellent communication skills., • Ability to inspect work quality and provide constructive feedback., • Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to cleaning services., • Reliable with a strong work ethic., • Ability to coordinate multiple sites efficiently., • Preferred experience with scheduling software or management tools., • Must have valid UK drivers license, • Call-To-Action If you are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoy leading teams, we invite you to bring your expertise to CS Cleaning Services LTD.
