Self-Employed Cleaner – End of Tenancy Cleans (£13/hour) Company: Opal & Co. Cleaning Location: Various locations across the area Job Type: Self-Employed / Sub-Contractor About the Role We’re looking for reliable, detail-focused cleaners to join our team on a self-employed basis. You’ll handle end of tenancy cleans in residential properties, making sure each home is left in excellent condition. What You’ll Do • Carry out full end of tenancy cleans (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, etc.), • Work through property checklists to maintain consistent standards, • Manage your workload and time independently, • Travel to cleaning locations as required, • Communicate clearly with the team Pay & Hours • £13 per hour, • Flexible hours based on availability, • Jobs assigned as bookings come in Requirements • Previous cleaning experience preferred (EOT experience is a bonus), • Must be self-employed or willing to become registered, • Valid DBS check required, • Own cleaning products and reliable transport, • Strong attention to detail, • Professional and dependable Why Work With Us? • Steady stream of work, • Clear job briefs and support when needed or, • Fair and straightforward pay structure
