In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities where you predominantly be based out of their office but will have to occasional travel into London. Within the role you producing detailed take offs from construction drawings and specifications provided by the clients. You will also be responsible for estimating the cost of labour, plant and material for the project. Throughout the process you will be responsible for liaising with all stakeholders in the process, from your in-house team and the clients to ensure clear communication throughout the project. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Assistant or Intermediate Estimator looking to take the next step in their career, ideally with previous experience with roofing projects and excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients and contractors.
