Skill/experience/qualifications: · Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain store operations efficiently. · Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management. · Previous relevant experience. · A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
