Key Responsibilities: As a Retail Manager, you will: Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback on staff performance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Customer Service Excellence: Liaise with staff to provide up-to-date information on merchandise and special promotions to customers. Ensure customer complaints and queries regarding sales and services are resolved promptly and effectively. Stock Management: Ensure adequate reserves of merchandise are maintained and oversee efficient stock management. Examine the quality of merchandise to meet customer expectations. Financial Oversight: Oversee the maintenance of financial and operational records. Authorise payments for supplies, decide on pricing strategies, discounts, and credit terms. Store Presentation & Security: Ensure effective use of advertising and display facilities to maximise sales. Oversee security arrangements to protect the premises and its assets. Experience not sessional however will be preferred. Education minimum GSCS
