Responsibilities: • Deliver personal care in a respectful and dignified manner., • Assist with meal planning and preparation., • Support clients in maintaining their independence., • Engage in meaningful conversations to enhance clients' quality of life., • Administer medication as directed and maintain accurate records. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential., • Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends.
