  We are seeking a proven Senior MEP Designer to join an established delivery team working on complex high end projects. The role is aimed at experienced designers capable of taking co-ordinated models through to full manufacturing output while working collaboratively within a structured team environment. Key Responsibilities • Produce detailed MEP models as part of a multi-disciplinary team, • Lead and contribute to MEP coordination and clash resolution, • Develop models from coordination level through to manufacturing and fabrication drawings, • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and external consultants, • Support and guide less experienced team members when required, • Attend and contribute to technical coordination meetings, • Ensure all outputs are buildable, accurate and programme-aligned Required Experience • Demonstrable senior level experience provding MEP services, • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, • Proven track record delivering co-ordinated construction and manufacturing drawings, • Comfortable working within a team and taking ownership of your scope, • Able to work independently without supervision once briefed Commercial Terms: £35-£45 per hour,dependent on experience and capability Role Suitability: This role suits senior designers operating at co-ordination and manufacturing level who are comfortable delivering fully coordinated models as part of a wider team and taking responsibility for information that progresses during to manufacture and site.
