We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Technician with a passion for jewelry and CAD development. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to grow in the jewelry and design industry while gaining hands-on experience in a global business environment. As a Sales Technician, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to support jewelry design projects, ensure technical accuracy, and contribute to a seamless sales process. Key Responsibilities • Assist clients in understanding CAD-based jewelry designs and product specifications., • Support the preparation of technical drawings and CAD files for client review., • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of orders., • Prepare and maintain documentation, proposals, and quotations using MS Office tools., • Provide excellent business communication with clients and internal stakeholders., • Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude while collaborating with team members. Requirements • Education & Certification, • Fynetone Professional Certification (Required), • CAD Development Professional Certification (Preferred) Skills & Competencies • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Strong business communication skills – verbal and written., • Collaboration & Teamwork: A positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and customer-first mindset.
