A busy private medical clinic is seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual to join our office and enjoy being part of a small and greatly valued team. Must be able to work on own for various shifts. This job would suit an individual who has previous admin/secretarial experience. We are looking for someone available 30 hours per week, this includes a Saturday. Flexibility is also needed to cover holiday/sickness. Full training and support given. Private Health Insurance offered. Shifts as below: Monday 12pm to 7:00pm Tuesday 8:30 to 4:30pm Friday 08:30 - 4:30pm Saturday 08.30 - 12.30pm Hourly Rate: £11.88 - increase after successful 3-month probation to £12.50.

Human Resources Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding procedures. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Support HR activities such as performance evaluations, training sessions, and employee morale initiatives. Financial Management: Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and payroll processing. Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for review by management. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping and budget adherence. Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide assistance or redirect them to the appropriate department. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and reports. Compile and analyze data to generate reports for management review and decision-making. Qualifications: Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant, preferably in the construction or electrical industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial tasks. Familiarity with HR procedures and regulations is a plus. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Working Conditions: This position is based in an office setting, with occasional requirements for field visits or off-site meetings. Standard office hours apply, with potential for overtime during busy periods or special projects.
