What you’ll be doing: • As a Care Professional, you’ll support clients to remain independent, safe, and happy at home by:, • Providing companionship and emotional support, • Preparing meals and helping with everyday household tasks, • Supporting personal care with dignity, respect, and professionalism, • Encouraging clients to stay active, engaged, and connected, • Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, or outings, • Helping create enjoyable moments, whether that’s a trip to our Companionship Café or simply sharing a cup of tea and conversation What we offer: • Competitive pay from £13.10 per hour (£13.45 per hour evenings and weekends), • Paid training at our welcoming Ringmer office, • Paid travel time and mileage, • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, • Discounts at high street retailers, restaurants, and attractions, including Blue Light Card benefits, • Pension scheme, • Working patterns tailored around your life (part-time opportunities only), • Ongoing training, mentoring, and career development opportunities No previous care experience?
