The Role of a Care Professional Care Professionals support clients in the community to live and remain in their own home. Due to the nature of the role in the community you must be willing to travel around Doncaster and commit to working a combination of the following shift times 7am – 2.30pm and 3.45pm – 9.45pm including alternative weekends and bank holidays.We require all our care assistants to be available for two evenings a week as a minimum. You will support clients with: Personal care tasks Medication Meal preparation Light housekeeping Shopping General companionship and wellbeing Taking clients to medical appointments Our values and culture are what makes us different. Home Instead Doncaster provide bespoke, person centred care and support services to older people in their own homes throughout the Doncaster area. Our Care Professionals are the heart and soul of our service, providing a high level of quality care every single day.
