Job Title: Full time / Part-Time Care Assistant Location: Chirk and surrounding areas Company: Cariad Care North Wales Job Overview: Cariad Care North Wales is looking for compassionate and reliable Part-Time Care Assistants to join our supportive team in Chirk. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Evening and weekend availability is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs, • Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and companionship, • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing of service users, • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team, • Requirements:, • Must be able to work evenings and weekends, • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, • Caring, reliable, and professional attitude, • Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided, • No sponsorship What We Offer: • Competitive pay: £13.00 per hour (weekdays) and £13.50 per hour (weekends), • Paid travel time plus 30p per mile, • Paid DBS check, • Paid training and shadowing (Paid at minimum wage), • Pro rata holiday entitlement, • Team meetings, • Open door policy with supportive management, • Friendly and supportive team environment How to Apply: Please only apply if you are genuinely interested in joining our team.
