As a Senior Entertainment TravelConsultant, you will • Providetravel-related information, and pro-actively suggestadditionalservices to enhance the customers travelexperience, • Offer expert advice and consultation to our travelers, including detailed travel information, itineraries andpotentially suggesting upgrades andadditionalservices that align with the customersneeds, • Expertly use theappropriate theBCD Travel tools and systems to completerequests, • Extensiveexperience in the travel industry, • Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes, • Knowledgeable with travel industry system GDS Sabre, • Strong verbal and written communication skills inEnglish, • Proven ability to handle multiple prioritiessimultaneously, • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion andjudgment, • High levelof self-reliance and decision-making ability We are the Media & Entertainment division of BCD Travel, one of the worlds largest and most admired travel management companies.Leading artists, sporting teams, labels, media, and production companies have trusted us with their travel for over 40 years.We handle anything from managing travel for TV & Film productions, making sure that the artists and their entourage arrive on the red carpet on time, to transporting a football team internationally to a cup final at a moments notice!
