Inventory Management: Implement and maintain an effective inventory tracking system for medical supplies. Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with records. Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorder processes to prevent shortages. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, shipments, and inventory transactions. Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Generate reports on procurement and inventory metrics for management review. Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards for medical supplies procurement and shipping. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement and shipping roles, preferably within the medical supplies industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems. Knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics coordination. An opportunity for a reliable and organised administrative support worker to assist a physically disabled staff member at a London University for up to 31.5 hours a week (flexibility can be discussed). The post will typically be split between a half day of virtual working on Mondays and three in person work days, either on campus or doing site visits. Flexibility is required as some weeks in person support will be required more or less than others. Locations include Hammersmith, Kensington and Northwest London. IMMEDIATE START. Party Host/ess on a Super Yacht (working on a superyacht cruising in Mallorca and Ibiza, and working from home when in the UK). I have copied below some of my job duties and I need an assistant to help me with some of them. The company I work for manages 2 superyachts in Palma De Mallorca, Spain. Cruising Mallorca and Ibiza. I need a lively, bubbly, party Host/ess to help me. You need to be a happy, positive, fun going individual that is free to travel, loves traveling and believes in a work hard, play hard ethos. We do a lot of work for charities as well so you have to be someone who likes giving back. The remuneration package is very good when you consider the basic salary with fully expensed accommodation in Mallorca included and part of the tips which are usually very good, especially with the American charter guests (see Below deck), who represented 60% of our charter guests for the 2022 season.
