About Us Owon SmartTek Ltd is a growing technology-focused business specialising in innovative electronic and smart technology products for international markets. We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead and support our marketing, communications, and market development activities across the UK and overseas markets. This is an office-based role that will also involve regular UK and international travel as required for exhibitions, customer meetings, supplier engagement, and business development activities. The Role The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth in domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, sales teams, overseas partners, and technical departments to ensure effective communication of product capabilities and commercial value. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans., • Manage brand positioning and corporate communications across multiple channels., • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities., • Coordinate and support international marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and promotional events., • Create and manage technical and commercial marketing materials including brochures, presentations, website content, and digital campaigns., • Liaise with overseas manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and customers., • Support sales and business development activities through targeted marketing initiatives., • Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports for senior management., • Maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders and business partners., • Ensure marketing activities align with company objectives and industry standards. Skills and Experience Required • Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English are essential., • Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field., • Proven experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role., • Strong understanding of technical product specifications and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to customers and stakeholders., • Experience working with international markets and overseas business partners., • Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills., • Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability., • Ability to travel internationally as required., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools. Desirable • Experience within the electronics, technology, manufacturing, or smart products sector., • Knowledge of B2B marketing and international trade environments., • Experience attending or organising international trade exhibitions and events.
