Compensation - This is a commission-based role with no base salary . - Commission packages may vary depending on the type of service (e.g., flight bookings, vacation packages) and the size of the client deal. - Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis in arrears, after the client has completed their travel. - The more clients you bring in, the higher your earning potential.
