We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Car Body Repairer to join our team. You will be joining a well-known company in the region and will play a pivotal role for the smooth growth of our business. We are currently in need of a skilled Car Body Repairer to match the expansion of our business and to meet the enhanced customers’ demand. Key skills and Experience: The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following: 1. To Communicates with internal/external clients to determine customer’s needs. 2. To diagnoses job requirements or ascertains work specifications from drawings or instructions. 3. To selects, cuts, shapes and assembles materials to form parts of vehicle underframe, framework and body. 4. To repairs damage to chassis and engine mountings using hydraulic rams, jacks and jigs. 5. To hammers out dents in bodywork, fills in small depressions or corroded areas in solder, plastic or other filler compound and replaces body panels using hand and power tools. 6. To repair Choose the most appropriate Parts/Machine. 7. To installs and repairs interior fittings including seats, seatbelts and fascia in cars, sinks and special features in caravans and mobile shops. 8. To positions, secures and repairs external fittings including windows, doors, door handles, catches and roof attachments. In addition to the responsibilities referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality. An opportunity for a reliable and organised administrative support worker to assist a physically disabled staff member at a London University for up to 31.5 hours a week (flexibility can be discussed). The post will typically be split between a half day of virtual working on Mondays and three in person work days, either on campus or doing site visits. Flexibility is required as some weeks in person support will be required more or less than others. Locations include Hammersmith, Kensington and Northwest London. Offered on a freelance basis. - Essential criteria: - Able to pass enhanced DBS check (or currently on continuation service) - Ability to use Notion or quickly learn to use Notion or similar organisational software to create and manage templates for organisation and record management - Able to complete in house compliance training at the university (during paid working hours - Strong organisational capabilities - A high level of trustworthiness and ability to work confidentially - Punctuality, resilience, initiative and ability to self-manage and anticipate client needs - Adaptability to change and ability to work flexibly with a changing schedule with typical working hours between 8am-6pm (no more than 9 hours per day) - Strong written and spoken English - Attention to detail - Able to travel throughout London with the client - Right to work in the UK Desirable criteria: - Undergraduate degree - Currently registered with DBS enhanced continuity service for quick turn around of DBS - Experience of administrative support work with disabled clients - Knowledge of ADHD organisational strategies, or strong initiative to research and build knowledge in this area Main duties: - Support with travel between sites (travel expenses within work will be reimbursed) - Assisting the client to implement organisational strategies - Inbox and diary management - Managing grants, orders and reimbursements - Provide administrative and manual support for research related tasks - Computer based and handwritten note taking including transcribing dictated notes - Computer based keying tasks - Managing printed documents including proofreading - Completing mandatory training for the client’s employer (an honorary contract will be issued) - Supporting with physical tasks (opening doors, carrying equipment, supporting during lunch breaks) for a client with physical disabilities, to promote independence - Proofreading documents
The job requires you to work by yourself to maintain the cleanliness and safety of an industrial estate in Kentish Town. This includes cleaning rubbish from the pavement and road, cutting the grass, emptying bins and making sure the estate is safe for owners, tenants and the public that use the road, pavement and parking spaces. As mentioned on the brief, there is a driving element to the job. Drivers need to be 30 years old and over to be insured on the cars we own. We will need to know how long you've had your driver's licence for and if you've had any driving bans or endorsements in the past.

We worship God through Jesus Christ by serving people and community while expressing our love for God and to each other. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, articulate, and confident in speaking with the community at large. Role summary VFC London has an exciting opportunity for a spirit filled ministry experienced person to join the church team to serve as a support roll for senior pastor for a term of up to two years. The ideal candidate will be English speaking and has strong administrative skills supporting the ministry and mission of our church through careful management of day-to-day administrative tasks and should have an interest working with people from different nationalities and cultures. Key roles and responsibilities: 1. Job description: Work as a Team Leader, of a team of volunteers, in outreach into the community, discipling, forming small groups that will support and encourage new and existing members, establish ‘Growth Track’ [a simple program designed to teach members with life skills and Bible understanding]. To work under the supervision and guidance of the Strategic Co-ordinator and Senior Pastor. This is a 24 month temporary appointment. 2. Details of duties Key roles and responsibilities: a) Commits his/her life and service to the Lord Jesus Christ and expression of ministry to the church and the world through the VFC structure. b) Subscribes and commits to the values, philosophy and principles held by VFC London. c) To follow the daily activities and weekly schedule in line with the given plans so as to accomplish the various objectives within the 24 month time frame. d) To raise, develop and mentor new VFC members to become leaders. e) To submit accurate timely reports (financial, outreach, discipleship, etc) that reflect your daily activities. f) Interact with people from different cultural backgrounds and communities to promote the key activities of the VFC London church. g) To perform any other job or duty that may be assigned under the guidance of the Corporate Missions Coordinator. 3. To be qualified to impart, establish, and strengthen the VFC – Singapore DNA into the VFC – London Church, the Team Members would need: a) To be a practising Christian, in agreement with the tenants of faith of VFC and fully supportive of the values and mission of the church. b) They must have had at least 3 years’ of lay ministry experience in VFC - Singapore a. completed to at least Level 3 in the Life In the Word, bible classes. b been a VFC Connect Group leader [small group] for at least 1 year c have a demonstrated an ability to mix and communicate well with people from multicultural backgrounds. e. to have strong English literacy (speaking and writing abilities) and able to communicate well via phone, email, and face to face c) To have completed the VFC – Singapore Missions Church Planting Training programme [78 classes over 2 months, a full-time live-in program] a. Multiplication Principles & Outreach: Key principles and roles in leading multiplication, Conducting Youth Alpha, Effective outreach strategies and methods, Healing signs and wonders, Keys to consolidation. Outreach activities may include organizing and participating in community events, providing support to individuals seeking spiritual or emotional assistance. b. Discipleship: How to conduct an Encounter, Making disciples, Growth Track, Forming Connect Groups, Training and developing leaders, Understanding cross-cultural world views, Thriving in another culture, SOAP bible study method, inductive bible study method, Self-acceptance and inner healing. c. TL & Team: Member-care of the team, Resolving conflicts, Team dynamics, sacrifice, Faith, Team management, Building a strong team culture, d. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities, achievements, challenges, and progress made. Prepare regular reports for VFC London, detailing the impact of volunteer Christian work. d) Work experience in working with a VFC affiliated church. a. Demonstrate an ability to have previously worked with a VFC church in another nation.
