We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic painter and decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for their craft and demonstrate a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for a variety of painting and decorating tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Experience in the trade is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. in this job role you will also be self employed. Key Responsibilities: • Perform interior and exterior painting and decorating jobs., • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.., • Apply paints, varnishes, and stains using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment., • Ensure all work meets the company's quality standards., • Clean up work areas and maintain tools and equipment. Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in painting and decorating is advantageous., • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality., • Ability to work independently or as part of a team., • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach., • Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights or confined spaces if needed., • A CSCS card is also required Join our family-run business and bring your skills to a company that values craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
