Isco Estates is looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our growing property management company. We are looking to cover areas such as Wigan, and all parts of Merseyside, but mostly on the Wirral The current workload includes: • Fortnightly communal cleaning at 1 HMO properties, • Fortnightly cleaning at one apartment building, • Approximately one end-of-tenancy clean per week Requirements: • Previous professional cleaning experience is essential, • Reliable, thorough and able to work independently, • Driving licence and access to a vehicle, • Willing to travel between properties, • Able to provide before-and-after photographs and report any maintenance issues Pay and expenses: • National Minimum Wage per hour, • Fuel expenses paid, • Cleaning products and equipment will normally be provided or paid for by Isco Estates This is initially a flexible, part-time position, with the potential to become a full-time role as the company grows.
