We are looking for an enthusiastic manager to run the day to day nursery in Borehamwood. To motivate the team & support children 2-5yrs to develop speech & early years development. This role is NOT an office based role & therefore will be expected to be a role model leading our already fantastic yearly years team.

Floor Manager (Restaurant): Qualifications: • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management • Food Hygiene Training: o Level 1 Food Safety Awareness o Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety o Level 3 Supervising Food of Safety Skills: • Have knowledge of personal hygiene, food hygiene and food safety, food handling, sanitation, and safety precautions • Implement and ensure compliance with all relevant food and health and safety policies and procedures • Proven ability to work under pressure with excellent customer service skills and an eye for attention to detail • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Outstanding leadership and people management skills • Have the ability to train, coach and inspire team members • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Must be punctual and reliable with time management ability • Basic literacy and numeracy skills • Available to work extended hours when required • Passion for food and customer service Experience: • Experience of managing a fast-food takeaway kitchen

Duties and responsibilities: · Oversee the listing, marketing, and sale/lease of residential and commercial properties. · Recruit, train, and supervise real estate agents. · Prepare budgets, sales reports, and financial forecasts. · Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company policies. · Conduct regular meetings to motivate agents and review progress. · Produce and update new property listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately · Develop pricing strategies in line with market trends. · Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information · Monitor expenses and ensure profitability. · Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. · Guide administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed · Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction. · Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. · Ensure proper documentation of all transactions. · Identify new business opportunities and market trends. · Work with legal teams to verify property documents. · Stay updated on industry regulations.
