We are looking for an experienced senior chef to lead our daytime only kitchen and manage a small team of 2 to 3 people. You will need to be passionate, professional and genuinely interested in and committed to helping us, the owners of a well established and popular vegetarian and vegan cafe/restaurant, literary and antiques space in Camden to deliver and continuously evolve our seasonal food offering to our loyal and many new customers. This is an exciting period of growth and we are looking for the right fit. You will need to be super passionate about food and ingredients, their seasonality, sourcing and provenance, seasonal creation and presentation of dishes as well as be driven by consistency, precision and exacting standards and be able to inspire this into your team who will need to deliver it in your absence.
