Join the magical team at WITCH and help bring our festival to life! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with a variety of roles. Whether you can give a few hours or multiple days, we’d love to have you involved. Volunteer Roles Set-Up Crew (11th - 13th June): Assist with setting up stalls, marquees, and other festival infrastructure. Pack-Up Crew (15th- 16th June): Assist with dismantling and packing up stalls, marquees, and other festival infrastructure after the event. Workshop Team(14th & 15th June): Coordinate and manage workshops, ensuring they run smoothly and participants have a great experience. Registration Team/Trader Support(14th & 15th June): Greet and register traders provide information, and guide them to their correct pitches. Assist traders ensuring they have what they need to operate successfully. Welcome Witches (Seated Role) (14th & 15th June): Greet and register attendees, provide information, and hand out festival materials.
Parking Wizards (14th & 15th June): Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas and assist with traffic control. Volunteer Support(14th & 15th June): Aid and support to other volunteers, covering breaks, and ensuring they have the resources and help they need. Clean-Up Crew (14th - 16th June): Maintain cleanliness of festival grounds, manage waste disposal. Runners(14th & 15th June): Perform various tasks as needed throughout the festival, such as delivering messages and supplies. Merch Team(14th & 15th June): Managing the festival stall selling T shirts, raffle tickets, and other merch items The dates listed for each role indicate when they are available, but they do not reflect mandatory work dates. You are free to choose whether you'd like to volunteer for just a few hours on one day or take on multiple roles across multiple days. We will create a schedule that works best for you.
