We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for fish to join our team as a Fishmonger. This is an urgent, short-term opportunity for the next 3 weeks. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting in the day-to-day running of our shop., • Working on the block, performing filleting, skinning, fish cleaning, and preparation (all made on-site)., • Collaborating effectively within a team under pressure., • Providing friendly and engaging service to customers. Requirements: • Proven experience in fish preparation, including filleting, skinning, and cleaning., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent customer service and communication skills. Working hours are Sunday to Friday, with Saturdays closed. A competitive hourly rate, based on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
