Description: Soltan Living is seeking a trustworthy and self-motivated Cleaner & Property Manager to help run our serviced apartments in Blackpool. This hybrid role requires someone who can maintain property cleanliness to a high standard while also managing bookings and guest communication. Key Responsibilities: • Clean and prepare apartments to luxury guest-ready standards, • Change bed linens and towels; manage laundry and restocking, • Follow the booking calendar closely to ensure timely turnovers, • Respond to Booking enquiries and guest messages professionally, • Coordinate check-ins/check-outs if needed, • Report maintenance or supply issues promptly Ideal Candidate: • Strong attention to detail, • Comfortable using Booking or willing to learn, • Trustworthy, punctual, and organised, • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently, • Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a bonus, • Must be available on weekdays and weekends What We Offer: • Consistent work with a growing property brand, • Flexible hours, • Competitive pay, • Potential for long-term growth in the business
