Are you organised, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a full-time Pick & Pack Operative to join our friendly and professional logistics team here at Fusion Fulfilment a fast-growing order fulfilment business based in Newbury. Key Responsibilities • Accurately pick and pack customer orders, • Quality check products and ensure proper packaging, • Process shipments and prepare dispatch labels, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, • Follow health and safety guidelines What We’re Looking For • Great attention to detail, • Good time management and reliability, • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Previous warehouse or pick & pack experience is a plus (but not essential) What We Offer • 3 months probation period, • Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday), • A friendly and supportive team culture, • On-site training, • Convenient Newbury location with good transport links How to Apply If you're looking for a stable, full-time role with a dynamic and growing company, we’d love to hear from you.
