We are seeking an organised and proactive Secretary to join our busy Civils & Groundworks team. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and typing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements). Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Booking work for site teams and ensuring schedules are well organised. Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers. Providing general administrative support to the team. Requirements: Previous office administration experience, ideally within construction, civils, or groundworks. Strong understanding of RAMS documentation. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
