Are you a passionate personal trainer who thrives in a small group setting? We're looking for a dynamic, energetic, engaging Personal Trainer/ Fitness coach to join our team at Featherbeats fitness hub in Woodford Green. Our focus is on providing high-quality, personalised small group coaching sessions, specializing in resistance and functional tailored sessions; delivering to local men and women who are committed to building muscle, losing body fat and toning and improving their overall fitness by feeling amazing. With an 8:1 client-to-coach ratio, you'll have the opportunity to give every client the attention they deserve, helping them achieve their goals while creating an energetic, supportive environment. Job Overview Responsibilities: Deliver effective, high-energy small group personal training sessions (8 clients per session). Tailor workouts to accommodate various fitness levels and goals within the group. Provide personalised coaching and technique corrections during sessions. Build rapport with clients, fostering a community-like atmosphere. Motivate and inspire clients to stay consistent and achieve results. Track client progress and adapt training programs as needed. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a seamless client experience. What We’re Looking For: Certified Personal Trainer: Holding a recognised qualification to level 3 or above Experience: Previous experience in personal training, with an emphasis on small group or semi-private training preferred but not essential Passion for Group Training: A love for working with groups and helping clients of all fitness levels. Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients, motivate them, and foster long-term relationships. Adaptability: Confident working with clients who have a range of fitness goals, from fat loss to strength building. Team Player: Willing to work with a team of trainers to ensure the best experience for clients.

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced Sports Coach to lead and inspire pupils across a range of ages and abilities.
