We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to deliver safe and effective clinical care, lead shifts, and support best practice in a care home setting. Rate: £27.00–£30.00 per hour Location: West Sussex (RH1 postcode area) Start Date: From the beginning of March Shifts: Days / Nights / Weekends available Key Duties: • Clinical assessments and care planning, • Medication administration and MAR documentation, • Clinical procedures (wound care, catheter care, etc.), • Leading shifts and supervising care staff, • Accurate record keeping and reporting Compliance Requirements (Mandatory): • Right to Work in the UK, • Enhanced DBS (Adult Workforce), • 2 References, • CV / full employment history, • Proof of Address (within last 3 months), • Valid photo ID, • Valid NMC PIN / Registration Mandatory Training / Certificates: • Safeguarding Adults, • Infection Prevention & Control, • Basic Life Support (BLS), • Medication Management, • Health & Safety, • Fire Safety, • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, • Role-specific clinical competencies as required
