Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker From the Devon (EX39) area to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a domiciliary setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for caring for others and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities - Develop and implement individual care plans - Manage challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism - Provide personal care assistance to residents - Support with meal preparation and feeding - Deliver specialised dementia care - Administer first aid when necessary Qualifications - Previous experience in care work is desirable - Drivers Licence - Knowledge of behaviour management techniques - Familiarity with nursing home procedures - Ability to provide patient-centred care - Proficiency in case management - Competency in creating and implementing care plans Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 13 per week Willingness to travel: 100% (preferred) Work Location: In person
