Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Assistant Facilities Manager to help the Park Manager with the efficient operation of our premises, including our Leisure Pool, spa, gym complex. You will be a key and valued member of our friendly team. The successful candidate will possess: • a keen eye for detail, • a flexible , can -do attitude and self-motivation, • an outgoing personality, • a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, • the ability to follow and implement Health and Safety protocols, • excellent verbal & written communication skills, • the ability to swim Training will be given to carry out specific tasks. Duties will include: • Opening and closing our modern Leisure facility., • Greeting visitors and guests, handling enquiries, carrying out guest inductions for use of the facilities, • Testing and management of the swimming pool and spa pool for water quality and safety, • Cleaning all areas to a high standard to maintain a clean , safe and hygienic environment for our guests, • Oversee the safe use of all the facilities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols (no life guard duties), • Assist with routine safety checks, reviewing risk assessments and operating procedures and associated record keeping Benefits: • Free parking Work Location: In person
