We pay you Mileage and Travel Time separate from your main wage.
We provide you with all the tools to complete your jobs, Uniform, PPE etc.
We work around your schedule, you tell us what you can work and we will work with you.
All employees are entitled to 28 days holiday this is pro rata.
Requirements of the Job:
We do not provide Sponsored Employment so you will require the relevant ‘Right to Work’ Documents in place.
You must live within the Orpington, Petts Wood and Biggin Hill Areas.
You will need a Full Driving License and your own Vehicle to use to get between your customers.
Previous experience in a home care setting is an advantage but not a requirement.
You will need strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, this is to communicate effectively with clients and the other team members.
Our Care and Support Plan are electronics so you will require basic IT skills.
