We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants / Carers. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming., • Administering or prompting medication as required, following care plans., • Supporting with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids., • Preparing and serving meals, and assisting with feeding if necessary., • Performing light household duties to maintain a clean and safe environment., • Providing companionship, emotional support, and engaging in social activities., • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition or concerns., • Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and care standards. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care. Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not always essential, as full training may be provided. Ideally a driver to get from one location to the next comfortably. A compassionate approach and excellent communication skills are key.
