What can you bring to the team? - Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced establishment, catering for 80 to 100 covers during each service - Will have a good general knowledge of Italian cuisine - A good knowledge of the different grape varieties and wine styles, spirits and classic cocktails - Being able to recommend dishes based on the information provided by the guest - Able to serve and clear a table up to 4 people - Have experience and a good awareness of opportunities to improving sales and an ability to anticipate guest needs - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - Motivation, commitment, success orientated with a ‘can do’ attitude - Knowledge & diversity from previous roles to the team - Enthusiasm, drive & desire to learn - Knowledge of Point of Sale software TISSL would be beneficial - WSET certification or equivalent would be beneficial
