Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistency., • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations., • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service., • Assist in developing new recipes and menu items, keeping up with culinary trends. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting., • In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern tandoori cooking techniques., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
