Complaint Resolution: • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, seeking to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction., • Escalate unresolved complaints to the Floor Manager or Restaurant Manager when necessary. 1. Compliance and Safety: • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards., • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to uniform, grooming, and punctuality., • Attend regular training sessions on service standards, food handling, and emergency procedures. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude., • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively., • Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
