Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times. Monitor stock levels and inform management of any shortages. Train and support junior kitchen staff when needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health and safety standards. Assist in developing new curry dishes or menu specials.
