Prepare and cook a range of Indian dishes in accordance with established recipes, preparation methods and presentation standards. Take responsibility for an allocated kitchen section, ensuring all ingredients, equipment and preparation are ready for service. Prepare meat, seafood, vegetables, sauces, marinades, garnishes and other ingredients according to menu requirements. Assist with stock rotation, storage and preparation of ingredients. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety throughout food preparation and service. Assist with daily kitchen preparation, cleaning and closing duties as required.
