Prestige Skills Ltd are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Apprentice Scheduler / Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain valuable experience in office administration, scheduling, customer service and business operations while working towards an apprenticeship qualification. You will work closely with our office team, engineers, clients and suppliers, helping to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Full training and support will be provided, so previous office experience is not essential. Key Responsibilities Assist with scheduling engineers, jobs and appointments efficiently. Update company databases and systems with job details, photographs, documents and other important information. Learn to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Answer telephone calls and emails professionally and provide excellent customer service. Assist with communicating with engineers throughout the day and monitoring job progress. Assist with stock ordering and monitoring, including comparing supplier prices. Keep work schedules and internal records accurate and up to date. Assist with preparing, organising and filing documents. Support the wider team with general administration and day-to-day office tasks. Develop strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Work towards completing your apprenticeship qualification while gaining valuable practical experience. Apprenticeship Opportunity As part of the role, you will receive on-the-job training and support while working towards an appropriate apprenticeship qualification. You will gain practical experience across areas including: Office administration Scheduling and planning Customer service Data entry and CRM systems Microsoft Office Communication Stock and supplier management Business operations Document management There is also potential for the successful candidate to progress within Prestige Skills as they develop their skills and experience.
