Learning & Development Experience Host • Fixed term for 6 months, likely to be extended, • Salary - £30-£40k, • Based full time in central Norwich. This role is pivotal in creating an engaging environment while capturing and sharing the stories that emerge from it. About the Role This is not a traditional hosting role. It combines hospitality, communications, content creation, and community building. You will: • Create an exceptional and memorable experience for every visitor, • Curate a welcoming, inspiring environment, • Capture and share stories from events and interactions, • Coordinate workshops, events, and community sessions, • Help establish the space as a recognised hub for learning and collaboration Key Responsibilities Community & Experience • Manage the day-to-day running of the learning space, • Prepare and maintain a welcoming and professional environment, • Host visitors, clients, and partners, • Support and deliver workshops, events, and learning sessions, • Coordinate suppliers, facilities, and logistics, • Continuously improve the visitor experience Content & Communications • Capture insights, conversations, and key moments, • Create and publish content across website and social channels, • Support newsletters and internal communications, • Coordinate photography, video, and creative assets, • Build and maintain a content library Events & Partnerships • Plan and coordinate events and community gatherings, • Support facilitators, speakers, and external partners, • Manage logistics before, during, and after events, • Identify opportunities to grow partnerships and community engagement, • Gather feedback and improve future experiences Success in the Role Looks Like • The learning space is recognised as a welcoming and inspiring hub, • Strong community engagement with repeat visitors and collaborators, • Consistent, high-quality content and storytelling output, • Memorable visitor experiences aligned with organisational values, • Contribution to innovation, partnerships, and overall brand reputation What’s on Offer • Competitive salary (£30k–£40k), • Flexible, remote-friendly working approach, • Private medical insurance and wellbeing support, • Enhanced annual leave plus additional holiday closure days, • Opportunities to collaborate in-person at team events and offsites About You You will thrive in this role if you are: • A natural communicator who enjoys capturing and sharing ideas, • A warm, confident host who brings people together, • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, • Curious about learning, leadership, and the future of work, • A strong communicator both written and verbal, • Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. collaboration platforms, social media, content tools) Please apply online or contact Maxien or Andrea at Reed Norwich.
