This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in building electro-mechanical assemblies and working with both mechanical and electrical components. You'll be responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, upgrading and repairing assemblies in accordance with technical drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Customer Manufacturing Manuals (CMMs), ensuring all work meets quality and functional standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssemble small electro-mechanical components according to technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.\nUse hand tools and measuring equipment such as torque drivers, micrometers and verniers.\nPerform assembly tasks including drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing, and lubrication.\nConnect cables and wires following technical specifications.\nConduct tests and inspections to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any product issues.\nMaintain the equipment used in electronic assembly processesRequirements\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, CMMs, and SOPs.\nExperience assembling components such as fans, motors and heaters.\nProficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.\nPrevious experience in electro-mechanical assembly (desirable).\nFamiliarity with mechanical and electrical components.\nExcellent attention to detail and precision in handling small parts.\nComfortable using small assembly tools and measuring equipment.\nFine soldering skills for small components.\nGood problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\nBasic IT skills.Additional Requirements\n\nDue to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for BPSS Clearance.\nAbility to provide a minimum of 5 years' employment history.\nWill be subject to a CRB check and address verification
