WANTED: FABRICATOR / WELDER / DRIVER We are a small family run business looking for a fabricator / welder that can also drive a 7.5 ton flatbed with Hiab. Based in Benfleet Essex. This can be a full time salaried PAYE position. (Or can be self employed if you preferred) Can start immediately. Rates of pay can be negotiated, depending on skill levels and your own personal requirements. Just some of what we can offer: Great standard working hours (Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm) Overtime, only if you want it. Understanding personal needs. All PPE will be supplied. The Role: We are looking for an experienced mechanic who is confident in all aspects of mechanical work, including diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and MOT preparations. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Performing diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and MOT preparations on a wide range of vehicles, • Identifying and rectifying faults, • Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard, • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, • Providing excellent customer service Requirements: • Proven experience as a mechanic, • Confidence in all aspects of mechanical work, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Excellent attention to detail, • Full UK driving license Hours: • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, • Every other Saturday, 9am to 2pm Salary: 35-65k • Dependent on experience To Apply: If you are a skilled and experienced mechanic looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
