We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator & Manager to help grow our brand across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, filming on-site, taking photos and videos, editing content, and coming up with fresh ideas to increase followers, engagement, and enquiries. Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts., • Visit job sites to capture high-quality photos and videos., • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and TikTok content., • Edit videos and photos for social media., • Develop content ideas and marketing campaigns., • Monitor social media trends and suggest new content opportunities., • Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness., • Help showcase our projects, team, and day-to-day work in a professional and engaging way., • Schedule and post content regularly. Requirements: • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses., • Strong photography and videography skills., • Experience with video editing software and social media tools., • Ability to create engaging content that attracts followers and generates enquiries., • Creative mindset with a good understanding of current social media trends., • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently., • Full UK driving licence preferred.
