We are seeking a qualified and experienced MOT Tester to join our team. As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for performing thorough and accurate MOT inspections on a variety of vehicles in accordance with DVSA guidelines and standards. You will identify and document vehicle defects, ensuring all safety and environmental checks are completed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct MOT tests on Class 4 and 7 vehicles, or other relevant classes, in line with DVSA regulations., • Accurately record all test results and defects using the appropriate systems., • Adhere to all health and safety procedures and workshop policies., • Maintain a clean and organized work environment., • Provide clear and concise feedback on vehicle condition. Requirements: • Valid DVSA-approved MOT Tester qualification for relevant vehicle classes., • Proven experience as an MOT Tester within a professional workshop environment., • Strong diagnostic skills and a comprehensive understanding of vehicle mechanics., • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship., • Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a busy team., • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
