We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating internally to keep operations efficient and compliant with safety standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Support the sales team with up-to-date pricing, product information, and availability.
Maintain accurate customer records using SAP systems.
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfilment and delivery.
Track and manage equipment testing, inspection, and certification schedules (e.g., LOLER). 🧠 Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (experience in lifting equipment or industrial sales is highly desirable).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships. 🎓 Education & Qualifications Familiarity with safety and compliance standards such as LOLER, PUWER is a plus.
