Assistant Manager Location: Sheffield Salary: £27,748.50 Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager for their Sheffield property. This is a full-time Assistant Manager position, with the successful candidate working 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 8am and 8pm. The Assistant Manager will be an integral part of the existing property team, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent planning and reactive skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities: Promote bookings and drive sales to ensure maximum occupancy Implement innovative ideas to boost room bookings Manage the debt process on-site and support the team in collecting rent and managing potential debt Coordinate room inspections Oversee deposit returns and prepare the property for summer business and new residents in September Ensure smooth operations during the Summer Turnaround period and maintain high levels of customer service Responsible for the Health and Safety of the team and residents Assistant Manager Experience and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: Previous sales and management experience Excellent skills in motivating a team and meeting targets The ability to plan effectively and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Experience in debt management Previous experience in student accommodation or hospitality management If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
