We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to take full ownership of our facility floor. You will oversee production schedules, food processing, inventory, and order fulfilment, ensuring all operations run efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily food marination processing, warehouse workflows, and wholesale distribution. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors, warehouse operatives, and production staff. Maintain strict quality control and ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Manage operational budgets, control resources, and minimise product waste. Education: Recent Graduate with a degree in Quality Management, Business Management, or a strictly related field (Essential). Experience: No formal management experience required; placement or internship experience in logistics or food environments is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership potential, eager to learn, excellent communication, and Proficient with modern IT systems and quick to learn new inventory software.
