Conduct daily briefings to communicate responsibilities, key updates, and shift-specific tasks to the staff. Regularly inspect food quality to ensure all dishes align with the restaurant’s high standards before serving. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Manager and suppliers to maintain a steady supply of beverages. Uphold strict hygiene, cleanliness, and organizational standards across the restaurant. Carry out regular checks to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
