We’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to lead and elevate our team of Setters, Treatment Coordinators and Closers within a rapidly growing dental clinic dedicated to exceptional patient care and ambitious revenue growth. You will be handling calls, consultations and high-value deals when needed. You will ensure that every lead, every conversation and every conversion contributes directly to the clinic’s success. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a player-coach by supporting complex cases, closing key deals and modelling high-performance sales behaviour., • Own and optimise all core sales KPIs, including:, • Booking rate, • Call volume & call quality, • Show rate, • Close rate, • Cash collected, • Lead conversion & follow-up effectiveness, • Build and maintain strong data tracking and reporting systems to monitor every stage of the sales pipeline with precision., • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align lead generation, campaigns and patient experience strategies., • Ensure a consistently high-quality patient journey, from first contact through to treatment acceptance and payment., • Report regularly to senior leadership with insights, forecasts and recommendations for continued growth. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in sales, ideally within dental, medical, aesthetic., • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data, metrics and performance dashboards., • Exceptional communication, negotiation and organisational skills., • High personal drive, resilience and a passion for exceeding targets., • Ability to translate daily sales activity into wider commercial and strategic outcomes.
